✨Let’s do the #midyearbookfreakout tag!✨
🍁The best book I've read so far in 2020?
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
🍁Biggest disappointment?
Find Me by Andre Aciman. You won’t find me (pun intended) praising this book. I would have been better off not reading this book.
🍁Biggest surprise?
Markus Zusak’s Bridge of Clay. I went into the book not expecting anything because many people had told me that this wasn’t as great as Book Thief. But I loved it and will forever rave about it.
🍁Favourite author?
Sarah J. Maas, Erin Morgenstern, Leigh Bardugo are my current favourite.
🍁Newest favourite character?
I’m torn between Celia from The Night Circus and Kaz Brekker from Six of Crows
🍁A book that made you cry?
Bridge of Clay made me sob.
🍁A book that made you happy?
Heir of Fire actually.
🍁Favourite Review I've written?
The Night Circus- I didn’t understand how to write everything I was feeling. I actually couldn’t point exactly what I was feeling.
🍁The most beautiful book you got this year?
Circe- the gold against the black is just beautiful
🍁What books do you need to read by the end of the year?
Rest of the books from the Throne of Glass series and His Dark Materials trilogy.
📚I am so excited to read the next few books I have lined up. This year has been great, reading-wise and I have kept up a good momentum and I hope this lasts till the end of the year.☕️
